THIS GAME WAS MADE FOR THE "SO BAD IT'S GOOD JAM 2026".

GAMMAGLYPH

"What if DELTARUNE was... slightly more unhinged?"

GAMMAGLYPH is a chaotic boss fight simulator inspired by DELTARUNE. Fight your way through every major boss and secret boss using an entirely reimagined battle system that somehow manages to be even more stressful than the original.

There is no epic adventure.
There is no overworld.
There are only bosses.

CONTROLS

  • Mouse - Click buttons
  • Arrow Keys - Move player/soul
  • Enter - Click battle buttons (wheel reward) while touching soul.

FEATURES

  • Fight every main boss and secret boss.
  • Completely reworked combat mechanics.
  • Dodge attacks while doing literally everything else.
  • Move your SOUL onto buttons to perform actions.
  • Attack continuously instead of waiting for turns.
  • Spin "Wheels" that can reward (or completely ruin) you.
  • Increasing difficulty as you progress through the bosses.
  • Original recreations and remixes inspired by the source material.

THE BATTLE SYSTEM

Traditional turn-based combat? Nah.

In GAMMAGLYPH, almost everything happens at the same time.

  • Your attacks are always active.
  • The enemy never politely waits.
  • Bullets continue flying.
  • Your SOUL is constantly moving.
  • Every decision is made while trying not to explode.

To attack, defend, heal, or use special abilities, you don't simply press a key...

You physically move your SOUL onto floating buttons.

Which means every menu becomes part of the bullet hell.

THE WHEEL SYSTEM

Some actions don't activate immediately.

Instead, they add spinning Wheels to the battlefield.

Time your click correctly while the wheel spins to activate powerful effects.

  • Massive damage
  • Healing
  • Temporary buffs
  • ...or something catastrophically bad.

The better your timing, the better your rewards.

Usually.

BOSSES

Battle your way through bosses inspired by every chapter of DELTARUNE.

  • Main bosses
  • Secret bosses
  • Increasingly ridiculous encounters
  • Unique mechanics for every fight

Every opponent has been redesigned around GAMMAGLYPH's combat system.

WARNING

This game is intentionally chaotic.

You will probably be:

  • Dodging bullets.
  • Clicking attack buttons.
  • Managing Wheels.
  • Watching cooldowns.
  • Trying not to accidentally heal the enemy.
  • Panicking.

Sometimes all at once.

DISCLAIMER

GAMMAGLYPH is a fan-made parody project created for the So Bad It's Good Jam 2026.

This game is inspired by DELTARUNE, but is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Toby Fox.

DELTARUNE and its characters belong to Toby Fox.

Also, you may not want to touch any hitboxes, unless you want your browser to slow down a ton (I have a love/hate relationship with Scratch and this is one of the downsides of it).

Additionally, you may listen to the full game's soundtrack (with full credit to everyone who contributed to arranging the music) here: https://omgrod.bandcamp.com/album/gammaglyph-soundtrack

As someone who LOVES Deltarune, I have to say that this game was VERY VERY interesting .  It's design was great, and the gameplay can be a bit difficult at times. Overall it was very JARONA!
